This hunting lease is leased and not available. One of the best pieces of property I have had the privilege to walk, very easy walking and access to the entire property. This is worth it; hit the button you will not be disappointed. This land is ready as is or with a little improvement this will be a true powerhouse. Mix of hardwood and old growth pine. Located in the heart of SC Lowcountry with a long hunting season. Back side of property has soybean fields (not on lease) Clear cut borders the east side, (not on lease) Property lines clearly marked with PVC pipe. Hunting apps do reflect true property lines. Plenty of deer and turkey sign found during the inspection. Pictures do not do this property justice. A pond/swamp is also present on this tract. I have full confidence waterfowl will arrive. I'm a little envious of this as swamp access is very limited in SC. Landowner has seen many ducks when visiting the lease during the season. Landowner has plans to improve road system to surround the entire property. He will eventually place a small building out of the way of any hunting on the property. Camping area on the Northeast area of the duck pond. Camping area will be at the right of the cull de sac down logging road. Trespassing sign and Base Camp sign mark the area. Several small old cemeteries in the area. This landowner will be a pleasure to lease from, he has several properties with Base Camp. He will be improving this land over the years. It will only get better.

Camping is acceptable for hunting purposes only; however, the hunter will need to talk with LO for details. No deer hunting within 200 yards of the camping area except for the duck pond. Landowner may come down and stay occasionally for some R & R, however as he stated he doesn't know when or even if this will happen. This will NOT be an issue for hunter at all.

ATV/UTV allowed only for hunting purposes. Food plots allowed.
